Passed peacefully at Soldiers Memorial Hospital in Orillia on Friday August 10, 2018 in her 78th year. Donna, predeceased by her husband Patrick, will be sadly missed by her Daughter Heather Sweeney, by her grandson Jamie Sweeney, by her brother William (Carol) McKernon, by her sisters Wilma Hammell and Vivian Cardinell, and by her sister in law Gen (William) Munro. Donna is predeceased by her sister Terry “Ruth” Hills. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Old Rectory Reception Centre, 57 Neywash St. Orillia, Ontario (705)326-3595 on Thursday August 30, 2018 from 2 – 5 p.m. for a celebration of Donna’s life. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Mariposa House Hospice or to the Orillia Town and Country Club, and would be appreciated by the family.
