Retired, Reg Nurse over 40 years
St Joseph’s Hospital School of Nursing, Toronto, class 1950 Passed away peacefully at home on Monday April 22, 2024 at the age of 95, surrounded by her family. Marie Mounsteven of Midland, beloved wife of the late George Mounsteven. Loving mother of Catherine (Greg Patterson), Patricia (late David Wheeler) and Mary Downer. Marie will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Fred (Lisa), Daniel (Dana), Elizabeth (Chris), Jeremy, Julie and great grandchildren Katelyn,Taylor, Scarlett and Henry. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life memorial service will take place on Friday May 3, 2024 at Carson Funeral Home - J.H. Lynn Chapel 290 First St. In Midland Ontario from 12 pm until the time we celebrate her life in the chapel at 1 pm. A reception luncheon will follow. No flowers please. If desired, donations may be made to Georgian Manor or the Huronia Seniors Volunteer Care Team or Community Reach and are greatly appreciated.
